Saudia is a Massage Therapy Student and Certified Reiki Master, devoted to creating spaces where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can fully reset. Her work blends therapeutic touch with subtle energy practices, integrating Reiki, sound, and aromatherapy to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
With a naturally calming and intuitive presence, Saudia is known for helping clients feel safe, seen, and deeply at ease. Each session is approached with intention and care, allowing the body to guide the experience while gently supporting restoration from within.
Her work centers on one simple belief: when the body feels safe, healing begins.

Over the last two decades, Brenna Bavis has developed and practiced her distinctive form of bodywork and energy work in NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles and now, Vero Beach. Calling on her extensive experience and
training, as well as her intuitive gifts, she helps guests clear stagnation in the physical and energetic body through her multidimensional massage.
She received her Associates Degree in Occupational Studies for Massage
Therapy from the prestigious Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in 2006.
She holds a Certification in Sound Healing and is deeply passionate about songwriting and performing music with her husband, Cary DeNigris..
