Through a unique blend of massage & Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, and Energy Coaching, Carolyn uses a comprehensive approach to help clients decipher the hidden language of their bodies, connecting mind, body, and spirit.
Facing a stage 2 invasive breast cancer diagnosis in 2020, Carolyn prioritized her health and well-being. She revamped her diet, explored natural treatment alternatives, and applied her coaching expertise to revamp her life.
Her transformative journey began in 2017 after experiencing a series of tragedies that led to stress and anxiety symptoms. Following the loss of her father and best friend, she journeyed to
Arizona for self-reflection. Upon her return, she left behind a 25-year corporate career to uncover her true calling. More challenges arose the following year with the loss of her brother to suicide and her mother under hospice care. These events fueled her dedication to discovering her gifts and assisting others in overcoming anxiety and life’s uncertainties.
Harnessing her intuition, Carolyn delved into a spiritual path for insight. Through an energy healer, she unearthed unresolved grief from the loss of her first-born son, Ian. This release of grief allowed for heart-healing, enabling her to adopt a new mindset, set boundaries, and relinquish control. This shift led to a healthier approach to managing stress and anxiety, guiding her towards a path of living in harmony with life and exploring the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit in personal wellness.
Becoming a certified Life Energy Coach (PCC), Carolyn relocated to Florida in 2021 and enhanced her healing abilities by achieving the title of Usui-Tibetan Reiki Master. Feeling a missing link in the mind-body-spirit connection, she expanded her knowledge in the healing arts, obtaining a license in Massage Therapy, and certification in Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder).
